Team Creativity Sessions
Perfect for in-person events and offsites to get your creativity flowing.
Some of the activities we bring include:
Flipping the Sheet: Have you ever turned over a sheet as a group while you're all standing on it? Have you done it without talking to each other? This seems like an impossible challenge, but creative teams will figure out a way. Prepare to get close and to learn about your team members' sock preferences in this challenge.
Reimagine Reality: Can you come up with a new interpretation of common, everyday items? What if you combine two items? Can you do it under pressure. Your team will work in lightning rounds to become as creative as they can with tight time limits.
Story Cubes: It's one thing to tell a story without limitations, it's another to create unified story on a given theme with visual prompts from the roll of the dice. See how your team performs under pressure as a complete unit with this challenging, creative, team activity.
Drawing Toast: Everyone knows how to make toast, right? You might be surprised when we take on this creative challenge together. Processes and perspectives come into play when your team members try to streamline making toast in storyboards.
Thinking In the Box: Michelangelo said “art lives on constraint and dies of freedom.” The biggest secret of creative people is that they embrace obstacles. This activity provides your team a scenario with many constraints and asks them to come up with a solution that exists within those constraints.
Hang Ball: Teams will be challenged to use the supplies provided to hang a tennis ball from a pre-determined height and get it as low to the ground as possible without dropping the ball or touching the ground. The real challenge comes in only being allowed to discuss the approach before the teams start to build. How low can you go?

Virtual Games & Challenges
Need some ideas to energize your team? Consider one of these fun activities below.
Lightning Scavenger Hunt: Remote work gives us a unique view into people's personal lives. This scavenger hunt combines themes important to your team with individual choice and creativity. (30-45 min)
BINGO Together: Your team provides the details, and we provide the BINGO cards. Get to know which of your teammates was sent to detention, who can do the worm, who has never seen Star Wars, and so many other fun details about the people you work with. (30-60 min)
Truth or Dare: This nostalgic game brings new excitement when played with your team members. Find out which among you will be brave enough to share the biggest lie they've ever told (truth) or show the team the inside of their fridge (dare). (30-60 min)
Happy Hour: Bring a little of the local pub to your team no matter the time of day. Team members will compete in virtual darts, name that tune, trivia, and spelling bees. Adult beverages encourages but not provided. (60 min)
Dollar Bill Origami: Each team member will use a standard dollar bill to create a unique piece of origami. This activity enhances listening and leadership skills. (30-45 min)
Something in Common: Team members are sorted into breakout rooms with the challenge to find the most unique things they have in common ("we both own dogs" is pretty basic). Teams are scored on the quality and the quantity of characteristics or experiences they have in common. Increase this challenge by shortening the time frame or creating bigger teams. (30-45 min)
Virtual Show & Tell: Prepare a story in advance or grab something in the moment and share a story. This activity can use themes, involve specific story telling techniques, or include other requirements (e.g., all items must be green, items can't be larger than your hand, only share items you can wear, etc.). (45-60 min)
Virtual Improv: We use a variety of structure and prompts to learn and use improv techniques to enhance team engagement and creativity. Activities may involve the whole team at once or segment team members into breakouts. (60 min)
